2. Purchases & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed in full before any digital image(s) are delivered or made available for download.

3. Digital Product Delivery
Purchased digital products are delivered electronically through online download access. Delivery timing may vary depending on processing or platform availability.
Clients are responsible for downloading and securely storing purchased files after delivery.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the digital nature of the products sold, all sales are final.
No refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or chargebacks will be accepted once digital files have been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.
5. Copyright & Ownership
All photographs, digital images, graphics, and content created by Owl Photograph You remain the exclusive intellectual property of Owl Photograph You and are protected under applicable copyright laws.
Purchasing a digital image grants the client a usage license only and does not transfer copyright ownership.
6. Client Usage Rights
Unless otherwise stated in writing, clients are permitted to:
Download purchased images
Share images online
Print images for personal or commercial use
Edit or modify images for personal preference
Clients may not:
Claim ownership or authorship of the images
Resell original unaltered files as standalone digital products
Redistribute images as stock photography or templates
Additional usage rights and restrictions may be outlined in the Digital Image License Agreement.
7. Promotional Use
Owl Photograph You retains the unrestricted right to use all created images for:
Portfolio display
Website content
Social media
Advertising
Marketing materials
Publications
Business promotion
By purchasing from Owl Photograph You, the client acknowledges and agrees to such use unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
Owl Photograph You is not responsible for:
Third-party misuse of downloaded images
File loss after delivery
Printing quality from external print providers
Technical issues caused by third-party platforms or services
Liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the purchased product or service.
9. Website Use
Users agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website functionality, or use the content for unlawful purposes.
